South Beach DietIt rocks! I lost 48 lbs. with it without suffering like other diets. The best part is that that I got to eat great foods like steak and lobster and more. Although it is a low carb diet, unlike the Atkins diet, I can eat carbs like vegetables and salads and so many other great foods.
